Materials Needed

1/3 yard fabric

1/3 yard lining

1 ¼” Velcro

10” narrow ribbon

Directions

Cut out all pattern pieces.

Mark all dots and Velcro placement on pieces.

Stitch latch to latch lining on sides indicated on pattern.

Trim edges and turn right side out.

Press and Top stitch close to the sewn edge.

Attach Velcro as indicated on pattern.

Stitch pocket to pocket lining along notched edge.

Turn, press and top stitch close to the sewn edge.

Lay the pieces and pin in place as follows:

Cover – right side up.

Ribbon – place on x with edge lined with edge of cover.

Latch – matching dots, right side down.

Pockets – matching dots, right side down.

Lining – match notches, right side down.

Stitch all pieces together leaving opening between the notches.

Trim edges and clip corners.

Turn and press.  Make sure to press opening seam allowance under.

Top Stitch around all sides.
